He has sector experience in Telecommunications, IT, Music Industry, Manufacturing, Football, Local Government, Healthcare, Franchising, Housing Associations, Education, Pharmaceutical, NHS, Finance and Leisure.

Richard is a NLP Business Master Practitioner, High Performance Coach and continues to invest in himself and develop his skills, through a mentoring programme with Michael Breen, International Coaches/Authors and with his peers as two way support.
